How do I request a charter quote?
Use our Request a Quote form to share your route, preferred travel dates and number of passengers. Include any special requirements, and our charter team will get back to you with a tailored proposal.
How many passengers can you accommodate?
Our Saab 2000 aircraft accommodate up to 50 passengers, making them ideal for sports teams, corporate groups, music tours and private group travel.
Where can FROST fly?
We offer charter flights across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Tell us where you want to go, and we will assess suitable airports and routing options.
Can I book an individual seat?
Our charter service is based on hiring the entire aircraft. For scheduled flights operated by FROST on behalf of another airline or travel organiser, please contact the ticket seller directly.

Can we choose our own departure times?
Yes. Charter flights are planned around your preferred schedule, subject to airport opening hours, slots, aircraft availability and operational requirements.
How much baggage can we bring?
Baggage capacity depends on your passenger numbers, route and fuel requirements. Let us know your expected baggage weight and dimensions, especially for sports equipment, instruments or bulky items, so we can confirm what is possible.
Can you arrange catering and special requests?
Yes. Let us know your catering preferences, dietary requirements and any requests for your group. Our team will discuss the available options and include agreed arrangements in your proposal.
Do you work with charter brokers?
